I want to return my order
We know that mistakes may happen, so we got you covered in the unlikely case that you are not satisfied with your purchase. For those cases, we created the “Perfect Fit Guarantee”. Thanks to it, we will either:
- Cover for the expenses to fix your product at a local tailor/shoemaker .
- Re-make it again, in case your garment can’t be fixed by a tailor/shoemaker .
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a Full Refund for your made to measure products. Due to the fact that every product is 100% individually custom-tailored and handcrafted just for each customer, we can’t refund the total amount of the order in any case.
Please note that this is standard practice for custom-tailored products since they have no resale value.

In order to apply for the Perfect Fit Guarantee just open a Support Ticket following these steps:
- Go to your Orders History area and click on your order.
- Select the product that doesn’t fit you.
- You will be asked to specify where are the fitting problems.
- Choose whether you want to fix it at Local tailor/shoemaker or a Remake.
- Done.
You’ll see that the process is very straightforward and easy. Our commitment is to have this issue solved as fast as possible so you can enjoy your new perfectly-fitted product as soon as possible :-)
