The product is not exactly as I ordered (missing product, extra, different style...)
We are sorry to hear this, we will try to fix this issue as soon as possible for you. You just need to open a Support Ticket following these steps:
- Go to your Orders History area and click on “Open Support Ticket”*
- Select Other
- Fill the information that will be asked about the issue. It’s really important to give accurate and precise information in order to get the optimal solution.
- Done
You’ll see that the process is very straightforward and easy. After that, a member of our customer satisfaction department will contact you to look for the best and fastest option to fix it. Our commitment is to have this issue solved as fast as possible so you can enjoy your new perfectly-fitted product as soon as possible :-)
It is possible that we have sent a package with only a few items from your order. Due to the exceptional situation and to minimize delays, we have decided to send the products as they are ready, in several packages. If this is your case, do not worry, you will receive another confirmation email with the tracking number of the rest of the products soon.
* If you can’t see the "Open Support Ticket" option, it means that the 30 days valid for opening a ticket have passed once the order is delivered (or you already have another Support Ticket in progress).
